Powering Course Materials
We custom-design a URL/website branded with your logo and colors. Students can easily login to your online bookstore 24x7x365 to view a list of required materials, place their order and pay for their purchase. Materials are shipped to each student’s preferred address, which is verified prior to shipment.
Students automatically receive all required course materials without any involvement on their part. Materials are shipped to each student’s workplace or home, or to the school, as directed by the school. Addresses are verified prior to shipping and students receive an email confirmation notifying them that their materials are on the way.
Brick & Mortar Bookstore
We custom-design a bookstore for you branded with your logo and colors. We manage all staffing and overhead, including dedicated store managers, additional staff during peak periods, point-of-sale system and software, fixtures, and inventory.
Our turnkey solution provides students with access to eBooks as an alternative or supplement to printed materials. Our team works with you throughout the roll-out. We assist in the selection of your Digital Content Platform and eBook titles, help develop a model to facilitate “student choice” (select print or eBook preference) or “opt out” (receive eBook with ability to exchange for print), and plan for scheduling and communication.
We simplify the process for students to redeem and access eBooks via your student portal, Online Bookstore or Auto-Fill websites, or your Learning Management System. Safeguards ensure accessibility while preventing duplicate purchases.
eBook Administrative Management
Through SourceOne, our supply chain management software, administrators can manage eBook licenses, manage student spending limits, post transactions to the student ledger, and process voucher-based and traditional payments.
We manage the entire eBook and Print-On-Demand (POD) process, from working with the publishers to secure eBook access, to facilitating student orders, payment and fulfillment. Complete POD Management
We collect and manage the content, securely store and process it, verify student eligibility, handle payment, report transactions to publishers, and professionally print and ship it. We offer a variety of design options, including school branded.
Schools and faculty can customize packages, selecting from publisher content, web articles, blogs, and Open Education Resources, as well as a professor’s own Word, PowerPoint and PDF files. We print and ship the package as determined by the school.

SourceOne interacts with your school’s SIS to integrate student registration information and bookstore transactions. Our partners include Campus Management (Campus Link Ambassador/CLA), DiamondD, and others.
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Integrations with leading LMS and student portal providers, including Pearson eCollege/Learning Studio, Blackboard, Angel, Moodle, Desire2Learn, Canvas, Comcourse and others, provides students with Single Sign-On access to the Online Bookstore or their eBooksPlus bookshelf.
Digital Content Platforms
We assist your team with selecting the most appropriate Digital Content Platform in order to facilitate the integration. Our eBooksPlus is already integrated with several established platforms, including VitalSource.
We maintain strong relationships with all publishers, providing access to both print and digital course materials. Our partners include Cengage Learning, Elsevier, McGraw Hill, Pearson, and Wiley.

Our technology integrations align student registration information and course materials transactions, increasing data accuracy and reducing data redundancy. Our solutions include functionality to satisfy the Higher Education Opportunity Act, Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, and Pell Grant Program Integrity Final Rules. We also help institutions comply with student opt-out policies as part of the DOE’s Final Rule amending certain Program Integrity and Improvement Regulations as it pertains to course materials, including communicating with students, managing requests, calculating reimbursements and completing the opt-out cycle. We maintain SSAE16 SOC I Type II compliance for data security, and help schools leverage data to prove compliance (for example, using student spending data to predict Cost of Attendance).
